We sent an email to you to see if you would give us a second chance. If not, as promised, we will issue a refund. * Last day, by the time you replied, it was already past our working hours, and we walked into a weekend. But, based on your decision, we will issue the refund today (Monday). * We admit the support was a bit delayed for you on your initial query. And, even after we provided a solution, you decided to ask for a refund due to the initial delay. That is totally fine. You are entitled to it. * But all we wanted to see with our last email was if you would give us a second chance. We had no bad intentions whatsoever. * Now, I understand you may have had a bad experience with other companies in the past.
