Which SMTP provider are you using? 2. A link to a page where you have placed this form? Then we can submit the form and see if we receive the email. 3. Go to WooCommerce > Status and here go to the Scheduled Actions tab. Here, search for the term “mint.” From the results, click on the “Failed” tab and give a screenshot of the first few failed scheduled actions you see there. 4.
