And if you were unable to use the plugin and wanted a refund, we always respect such cases and issue a refund because there is no point charging someone for something they cannot use. _However, we haven’t received any refund request from you._ * Meanwhile, the 3 emails you got, **it was an error from our support system**. We do not send out review requests as frequently and definitely not 3 times at once. **So we apologize for that.** * Now, we would really like to work with you on the matter to resolve your case and improve your impression on us. 1. As you can tell, we are very responsive with our support. The 3 emails was literally a glitch from the support system. We didn’t do it intentionally. 2. I can personally guide you into achieving what you wanted to create with WPFunnels. Some features in our plugin may work differently than other plugins so I cannot promise an exact replicate, but I can give you step by step instructions to achieve a close outcome. 3. You may enable test mode for your payment gateway. And then test by placing orders. 2. You may enable cash on delivery and place orders. * _(Do not test by making actual payments. Normally this may happen in two situations: 1. The slug conflicts with another page. (Normally, this is automatically handled by the plugin to generate a unique link, but sometimes it may not happen due to a dependency from WordPress.) The solution to this is to change the URL of the page. 2. It can sometimes happen if you have a caching plugin activated on your site that has caching enabled for logged-in users. * Nevertheless, if you face any further issues, let us know. If you assign the parent product, then users will only be able to choose variants on the checkout page. * But what I understand is you want a funnel with a landing page where you want to offer 3 options, and based on what they choose, they will have unique funnel journeys. * In this case, you will need to create 4 funnels. 1. Create a funnel for 1 bottle option Create a funnel and assign 1 bottle-variant at the checkout. And then plan the rest of the funnel. 2. Create a second funnel for 3 bottles. Here, duplicate the 2nd funnel, and the re-assign the products & copies to match the 3 bottle-variant. 3. Create a third funnel for 6 bottles. Again, duplicate one of the funnels and re-assign the products & copies to match the 6 bottle-variant. 4. Create a separate landing page funnel. This funnel will just have the landing page with the option to choose one of the 3 product quantities you are offering. In this funnel, you may use 3 next-step buttons, 1 for each product. And in the widget settings, you will find the option to redirect users to a specific funnel.
