 * Hi – Jumping on to this thread as I didn’t see a reply on the one I had started
   previously with the same issue.
 * I followed the instructions in this thread ([https://wordpress.org/support/topic/apple-podcast-no-episodes-exist-in-your-feed/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/apple-podcast-no-episodes-exist-in-your-feed/))
to turn on debugging for both the site and the plugin. Then I ticked the Polly
checkbox in a post to generate the debug.log. I wasn’t able to locate a log file
in either wp-content or the plugin folder though. Would it be generated somewhere
   else?
 * That said, when I set up text-to-speech on the post with debug mode turned on,
it did generate an audio file. However, the generated audio includes all of the
HTML/CSS in the post. On a post that should require less than 10 minutes of audio,
the audio file was almost 90 minutes long, with the actual reading of the post
not starting until about the 24:50 mark. I downloaded this file and saved it
to Dropbox in case you’d like to have a listen: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/ymcf21kgy284yvz/amazon_polly_5315%20-%20sample%20generated%20after%20debug%20logging%20turned%20on.mp3?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/ymcf21kgy284yvz/amazon_polly_5315%20-%20sample%20generated%20after%20debug%20logging%20turned%20on.mp3?dl=0)
 * I tried turning off debug mode to see if I could still generate an audio file
and it reverted back to not generating an audio file at all with debug mode turned
   off.
 * I’ve also tried deactivating all other plugins just in case there was a conflict
and still wasn’t able to generate an audio file. I’m on the latest version of
   the plugin
 * Any help you can provide to point me to where I might find the debug log file
or otherwise troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
   advance!

 * Hi – just wanted to follow-up on this. I’ve updated to the latest version of
the plugin and am still unable to generate an audio file.
 * When I view the source code for the post that I’m testing this with, I see: <
   source type=”audio/mpeg” src=””>
 * Any thoughts re: what might be going on?
 * Thanks!
