Thank you for the suggestions though! I actually did send them that error (as well as screenshots of the problem page and a “good” page). Their response was “those were log errors recorded but they were already fixed”. But the main page is still not functional (if you click on the two links in my first post you can see the difference). I guess what I’m wondering now is if that particular error can can be related to the problem I’m having? And if so, what is the correct terminology for the problem? I noticed that an error log had been created around the time the problems started. The majority of errors in the error log read as so: * [25-Sep-2011 04:19:08] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library‘/ usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613//usr/local/Zend/lib/ew/ 4.4/execwall.so’ – /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613//usr/ local/Zend/lib/ew/4.4/execwall.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0 * I contacted my webhost but they’ve been quite insistent that they’ve fixed all errors and that the problem must be on my end. They’re suggesting that my theme is not compatible with their PHP installation (5.2.17). They suggested trying a different theme. I have been using twenty ten, so I tried twenty eleven.
