I’d like this too. More specifically, I’d like to be able to exclude certain custom post types.

In reply to: [Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress] wp_options table has gone WILDSorry, didn’t see this til now. I have the internal WP Cron disabled, but am running it via the server (didn’t like having scheduled posts miss their publish time if no one was on the site at ‘press time’).
I did the same thing as @intown to clean up my DB, and it doesn’t seem to be as huge a problem, although I got your latest email saying there was a shiny new beta to try out. So I’ll nervously experiment with it.

In reply to: Parent theme loads after child themeTechnically you’re right – a CSS file can only contain CSS, but it’s VERY possible to have a “style.php” file that outputs CSS.
I wasn’t trying to call you out or anything like that, @leejosepho, but I didn’t want the thread to leave the OP under the impression that what they were trying to do was impossible.

In reply to: Parent theme loads after child themeActually, yes you can. Been doing it for years. And it’s a remarkably easy thing to find on The Google Machine.

In reply to: [AutoChimp] Fatal Error after UpgradeAnd for those of us who can’t upgrade to PHP 5.3.x? I need the functionality of being able to include custom post types, but my server is running 5.2.17 – any workarounds, hacks or alternatives?
This is the third audio clip I’ve posted with this plugin. Removed the other two because of the same issue.
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I’m having the same problem here.
Audio is at the bottom of the post. It’s twenty minutes long. Not only can you not see how long the clip is from looking at the player, but you also can’t skip around within the player by clicking the “play head”.

In reply to: [Shoutcast Icecast HTML5 Radio Player] Only plays stream on "Settings" page?Odd. Now I’ve hit “Refresh” on the browser and the stream plays in the widget; however, it wouldn’t play until I closed the “Settings” page. So it looks like you can only have one instance of the player loaded at a time (even if there’s only one instance actually playing).

In reply to: No changes to my setup, uploads suddenly stopped workingUpdate on this: After going through it with my web host, he says there’s absolutely no question that it’s an intermittent WordPress issue, because there is nothing at the server end that is preventing WP from uploading files.
The ability to upload files has returned in the last couple of minutes – altogether, uploading was down for about an hour. Much as I did nothing to break it, I did nothing to repair it.
That can’t be good.
Not marking the issue as resolved yet, because I have no idea how it got fixed, nor what caused it in the first place.
Turned my “Automatic CSS Integration” down to medium, seems to have done the trick, although I’m not sure what I’ll be missing out on by not having it at Maximum.
So far, so good – thanks.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Impact of TablePress on TinyMCE?Tobias – when I switched over to Twenty Twelve, everything worked fine. False alarm. It’s not you, it’s my theme.
Thanks for the prompt reply, though. π

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Impact of TablePress on TinyMCE?After some further troubleshooting, it looks like it’s a theme-related issue. But if that turns out to be a red herring, I’ll definitely shoot you the information.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] Original comments not shownI’m having this problem as well. Old comments are still visible in Dashboard->Comments, but gone from the posts and pages.
I’m gonna +1 this. Only seems logical to return the user to whatever page they were on when they performed a task requiring login or registration.
(Unless using the shortcode performs this action by default. Since the plugin is domain-specific, it’s difficult to try in a test environment without going through the entire signup process again.)

In reply to: Need help adding terms programaticallyNever mind, found the answer in a combination of places. (Don’t want to disturb anyone’s nap, just wanted to post a solution in case someone Googles this term someday.)
The info on this page says that to add the name “Bob” to the taxonomy “person” in post 123, I’d do this:
wp_set_object_terms( 123, 'Bob', 'person' );
My concern was what would happen if “Bob” already exists in the “people” list. But on this page it says…
Creates the term and taxonomy relationship if it doesn’t already exist.
