 * Thanks for the response.
 * there was no error thrown in error_log & debog.log
 * Did a conflict test, disabled all plugins, same issue.
 * deleted & reinstalled UM, same issue

 * I have tried the iframe onload JavaScript and other methods as seen on Google
   but none seems to work.
 * Any help here would be appreciated.
