 * Hi! I’m not sure why but the question is still there and I don’t see where I 
   can change it. Also, it says: “Your account was successfully activated with the
   Premium plan. Please follow these steps to complete the upgrade. ” So I’m not
   sure whether the free or paid version is now active.
 * So, to make sure I got it correctly, you suggest for now to install a free version
   and to deactivate the premium one. Right? Thank you!

 * Hi! We have a premium plugin on our website. It’s used to show a mathematical
   formula and everybody loved it. Recently it got changed to “how many units in
   a dozen”. Our customers are from all over the world and don’t understand what
   this question means & don’t know how to respond. I can’t find where to update
   it. The current version is 0.5.2. Just in case I purchased another premium version,
   downloaded it, and uploaded it to the website. Once I tried to activate it, it
   gives me a fatal error. Help as soon as you can!

 * I switched the setting to “The language is set from the directory name in pretty
   permalinks”, however, the EN footer is still the same for all pages.
 * Another problem I noticed that if I click on “edit with Elementor” on any of 
   the pages (EN or SP), it doesn’t show the content, it only shows the footer. 
   If I deactivate the plugin, then content shows up.
    Maybe it will guide you better
   with identifying what is happening to my site. Thank you!! Can I share my WordPress
   logins with you so you could take a look inside?

 * Hi! I’m using Elementor Pro. Followed your instructions through the videos and
   written and created 2 footers – for EN (entire site) and ES (no conditions). 
   However, the EN footer is displayed for both languages – please see here (created
   a separate topic thread). Please help!! Thank you!
