I was not able to deacitvate all and reactivate NextGEN, because there was nights no opportunity for that (can’t do it at day). I will do it soon, but I have more informations which may help you also? Let’s try, otherwise I will do the steps in the posting above. * It looks like a thumbnail generation problem. First of all I thought that it’s just a problem of uploading multiple images, but as far as I can see right now no thumbnails were generated and this causes the termination of the multiple picture upload. I uploaeded 12 images in a gallery, each time only one – little by little. For example it also worked uploading the rest of the images in the folder via FTP and let your plugin check if there are new images in this folder. For the last 4 images i had to click 4 times to check the folder beacuase it recognized only one. Then I thought the gallery was uploaded successfully but it wasn’t. Between 400 and 800kb.
