 * Ok, I think this will be an adequate work around. I went a slightly different
   direction, because I want the field group that is hidden to not be calculated.
   I created a duplicate set of Total Months, Total Lease Value, and Total Lease
   Commission and I am simply hiding and revealing the appropriate totals based
   on user selection. Thank you for working through this with me, greatly appreciated!

 * The data is not coming through on the form submissions directly in WordPress
   or the email. Can you try testing the specific field groups I am having issues
   with: Lease per SF Calculation Field Group and Lease Flat Calculation Field Group
   on the 3rd page of the form? I am not having an issue with the form capturing
   multiple line entries in any of the other groups, just those two and I can’t
   figure out why.

 * [@wpmudevsupport12](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpmudevsupport12/) Thank
   you Patrick, I am not sure what you mean regarding the macros question. The form
   works, it’s just when the email submission comes through it isn’t grabbing everything,
   only the first entry in the field. The calculated fields directly below the field
   group are also recalculating and only including the 1st entry in the email, but
   it has all of the entries when filling out the form. Here is the form for review:
