 * Not fake, I was so incredibly pissed when I realized our software downloads were
   not working that I’ve avoided this forum since the day I left the feedback. And
   sorry, you should WARN people if you’re going to drastically change things when
   upgrading that has the potential to break the website. We had a million things
   going on with our product launch, we published our files, and oh hey – looks 
   like Download Manager has an update, let’s make sure we apply it so we’re ready
   to go… HUGE mistake. We started getting complaints and realized it was YOUR plugin
   that broke the layout our site – using Rbox theme – and we had to disable the
   plugin and use a third-party file distribution system.
