 * The previous Authorize.net plugin stopped working when I updated to the jigoshop
   update just before this one. It was installed in 2012 and has worked fine until
   I was forced to upgrade jigoshop because the invoices were no longer printing.
   The website is live and I don’t want to change the theme for a test if I don’t
   absolutely have to. The config of the plugin is the same as it was when it was
   working.
