 * I wasn’t getting the help I needed here and turned to Reddit. They helped me
   figure out the issue was with BlueHost and their fantastic customer service cleared
   the situation up in minutes.

 * I can’t access my admin panel. It says I don’t haven’t created a site when I
   log in to my WP account.

 * I deactivated Jetpack because that was what WordPress had recommended I do. I
   messaged back Google Domains about the file manager you suggested and this is
   the reply I got.
 * “Please be advised that what we mainly handle here in Google Domains is domain
   registration and DNS settings. In case you want to access the current DNS settings
   of contrazoompod.com, kindly follow the steps below:
 * Log in to Google Domains page.
    Click contrazoompod.com to manage. Click DNS
   on the left menu. Scroll down to Resource records Expand Custom records. From
   there you will be seeing that the root domain, contrazoompod.com, is currently
   pointed to ***.***.***.***. This IP address came from WordPress. As a result,
   when we access contrazoompod.com, the landing page is: There has been a critical
   error on your website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress. This is the reason
   why it is important to contact WordPress in order for them to further investigate
   as to why the IP address they provided is being routed to the error message,
   instead of the website you created and designed with WordPress themselves. Since
   WordPress asked to provide the File manager, may I know what exact information
   they want to have in order to address the error message?”
 * This is incredibly frustrating as neither WordPress or Google Domains seems to
   be able to assist me in turning back on Jetpack. That’s all I need to do, but
   I can’t access my backend at all as it seemed to make my entire site disappear.

 * I’m not quite sure what your comment is supposed to read. I can’t seem to figure
   out how to post pictures in this reply, but I don’t have an option for plugins
   when I sign in. I see the following options.
 * My Profile
    Account Settings Purchases Security Privacy Manage Blogs Notification
   Settings Blocked Sites Get Apps
 * Where would I find the Plugins section?
 * Many thanks`

 * This is what I got back from my host (Google Domains). I can’t access my back
   end at all in order to re-instate JetPack, something I only turned off because
   WordPress recommended me doing so to fix the critical error.
 * “Thanks for authenticating (email redacted). I checked the DNS settings of contrazoompod.
   com and it shows that you have properly configured the A record given by WordPress.
   However, when I accessed contrazoompod.com, the landing page says ¨There has
   been a critical error on your website¨. This is an indicator that the publish
   settings of your website needs to be checked. I suggest that you contact WordPress
   Support so that they will be able check the publish settings.”
