I used a 301 plugin, [https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/), that worked perfect for me (at least until I can figure out why it was happening in the first place). Mine do and all is well. IT guy looked at PHP file you reference and noticed that it creates the zip file in a temp directory and suggested I look at the permissions. Once I changed it to writable, it worked. There isn’t any issue with downloading just 1 file, just the bulk download. I just tried it on my testing server (separate server and separate install of WP) and I get the same thing. I don’t see anything wrong with the permalinks from the Dashboard. The Network Setup configuration is exactly what is in our wp-config and .htaccess files so I’m at a loss?
