 * I figured it out it was the memory limit but it’s strange I had to set it to 
   320M for it to work. the size of the file downloading is only 181N.

 * Not harsh at all. I installed it and it allowed me to backup a site. no warning
   that I wouldn’t be able to recover. So I installed the plugin on anther site 
   and there it is the warning I have to pay so yes 1 star fits for wasting my time.
 * My time is money and this was a waste of time with your customers. That’s all
   I ask.
