 * EDIT: Couldn’t find the edit-button, sorry 🙁
 * The tags are wrong, I hit enter to early. Also Id’ like to add, that it’s not
   explicit the post object that I need, more of the current context or some data
   to work with. I’d like to know what site the user is on, without reparsing the
   whole url (which also doesn’t work with the functions i tried, like “url_to_postid”).

 * [@dualcube](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dualcube/) Wow, neat. That’s
   the answer I was hopping for 🙂 A few weeks is totally fine and that’s all the
   functionality we need.
 * You can mark this thread as resolved and thank you for the fast support 🙂

 * We changed the system design, so there is no more need to display it via AJAX.
   The Box is loaded through a search query instead. This also fixes the php sending
   problem, because the channel is created later, but this doesn’t affect the messages
   that were allready sent.
 * I also tried to call messageEndpoint(), but this results in an endless loop. (
   Called from the AJAX PHP function)
 * However, there are no more serious problems. I’m sorry I can’t provide the old
   code, but I would have to recreate the entire system 😀
 * Thanks for your help and keep up the good work 🙂
 * (Althoug I didn’t fix the original problem, I’ll mark it as resolved)
