 * The message appeared after the last uodate (I have the same issue on the paid
   version).

 * Indeed, for the moment, only the checkout page is broken. I have updated today
   the plugin, reenter all options and the result is the same. Beside this, I get
   the message:”Value abc set for New Plugins Path use the same base slug abc used
   for another option.” when trying to put new paths for plugins (same thing happens
   on another site where I have the paid version).

 * I need to put in the Resume Manager a field for candidates’ phone number.
    Where
   should I put the code above? In which .php file? In my theme functions.php I 
   cannot find the submit_resume_form_fields.
