 * Thank you for your help. I have manually run all the pending actions one by one
   and clear what you have suggested. I will keep an eye if I get pending action
   schedule again and get back to you.

 * Hello Frank,
 * Thank your for your suggestions. I tried all of them.
    1. I run few actions manually and they successfully executed.
    2. There is no database update pending I have seen under settings or status
    3. There is no action scheduler related message found in logs.
 * Now tell me what to do next to fix this?
