 * Sure you can. It depends on your autoresponder. If your autoresponder has name
   and email, after you paste the code in, the squeeze page will have 2 fields with
   name and email.

 * The squeeze pages use a different page template so there is no navigation or 
   widget around. If you like, could you please change the page template to Default
   to see how it goes?

 * The free version does work well with almost all autoresponder (including Mailchimp).
   Make sure you use the pure HTML code from Mailchimp, not the javascript code 
   of the form.
