 * You should be seeing the title and menu items in tabs at the top of your admin
   screen. I have tested with version 4.5.3 and it works successfully for me.

 * Do you have any custom plugins that modify your admin screens?
    Have you tried
   viewing your admin screen on another browser/pc etc?

 * Glad to hear your issue is resolved!
 * Just noticing you have: ‘walker’ => new wp_bootstrap_navwalker() … Unless you’re
   using this for a specific reason it can be removed, it’s not required for My 
   Bootstrap Menu.

 * It appears you’re also using a version of PHP less than 5.4.
 * I’ve put in a fix for Bootstrap Menu to be released in the next day which should
   resolve that for you.
 * Also WordPress recommend installing at least version 5.6:

 * Can you let me know which browser and version you are using?
 * Using Chrome and IE I am able to select a menu/location from the drop-down > 
   edit the items > save the menu and still have that menu selected in the drop-
   down. As you say it is also displayed in the top section.
