 * I say go with bbpress just because it’s easy to integrate with WordPress, assuming
that’s what you’re using. vBulletin is also another more expensive option. Either
way, it’s probably going to take some money to get someone to skin them. I’m
not using either actually. I decided to code my own CMS and forum. I think it’s
easier to manage that way because you know the code inside and out.

 * If you contact GoDaddy support they might be willing to finish installing it
for you or give you the database server.. It should look something like this (
example: replace localhost with godaddyserverxx3232.secureserver.net) or some
   crap like that.

 * Alright, I’m about to give up trying to help because GoDaddy’s hosting is a joke.
I recommend getting a cPanel account somewhere.

 * You do realize that GoDaddy has a 1-click WordPress installation option, right?

 * There technically is no current site.. What’s on the site now is the homepage
for my new site. I’m saying, when the users are logged in, they will see the
   homepage linked to above.

 * Yes, the page on CodeEgg.com right now is the homepage for the site. However,
logged in users would see this page as their homepage. [http://rawrgv.com/images/codeegghom.png](http://rawrgv.com/images/codeegghom.png)
So basically I need to be able to do everything from the public_html folder,
   edit the database, etc.

 * No no.. You don’t seem like you have a clue what you’re doing to be honest. I’d
need to see how you have your files are set up/organized to get a better idea
   on your situation.

 * Are the files in the correct folders? That error occurs when the file is not
located within the directory in which the file calling it is located. So if whatever
you’re calling that file from is in /blog/… the wp-includes/wp-db.php and functions.
php file both need to be in /blog/.

 * That error means that those files are missing.
