Either way, it’s probably going to take some money to get someone to skin them. I’m not using either actually. I decided to code my own CMS and forum. What’s on the site now is the homepage for my new site. However, logged in users would see this page as their homepage. That error occurs when the file is not located within the directory in which the file calling it is located.
