 * Hello,
 * If you are interested I would like to address your claims that the plugin did
   nothing regardless of the option chosen. We have spent a lot of time testing 
   it before launch and want to make sure we don’t have a major issue on hand. And
   doing nothing is a big problem.
 * Although you have uninstalled it, we could use the support data from it to begin
   our investigation. Of course this is only if you are willing to give us a try
   one more time and reinstall the plugin.
