 * How can you close my ticket … you have not provided a solution or any feedback
   about status. I have sent you user access credentials to the site and was expecting
   you to resolve the problem where the PDF is missing larger sections!???

 * Problem is not to actually create a PDF.. the problem is that the content of 
   the PDF is not correct. I am missing entire sections by random where only the
   headline is shown in the PDF, but all the body text is gone. Some sections work
   fine but others dont!? i am not sure that this can be related to the File status!?
