 * Thank you. I am unable to make the suggested workaround work. The only thing
that works is to duplicate the event and set up the event all over again. However,
it is not necessarily a workable workaround since it changes the id of the event.
 * It will be very helpful if the team would please test the recurrence feature
more holistically including “unavailable” set and changing recurrence from one
day of the week to another, before issuing the update. Thank you.

 * Thanks for testing. Yes, We are on Events Manager 7.4.5 (WordPress 7.1.2, PHP
8.2, Betheme 28.5.10). We retested on a brand-new recurring event with our custom
plugin deactivated, and the problem still occurs.
 * **Cancelling works fine for us too**. The bug is in **un-cancelling**:
    1. Create a recurring weekly event for Sundays, add an exclusion set with Event
Status = Cancelled containing Oct 4, Oct 25, Nov 1, Nov 8, and **save**. All
       four show as cancelled (correct).
    2. **Reopen** the event, remove Nov 1 and Nov 8 from the saved exclusion set (the
× on each date), and **save again**.
 * **Expected:** Nov 1 and Nov 8 become active dates again.
   **Actual:** they remain
   cancelled, including in `[events_list scope="future" cancelled="1"]`. Deleting
the whole exclusion set also leaves all four dates cancelled.
 * Could you try step 2 on your test site? Happy to test anything else that helps.
   Thank you.
