 * We are having the same problem. After not having an active eventbrite event for
   about a month, our events page has not updated through the API now that we’ve
   created a new public event on Eventbrite: [http://www.lashicap.org/events/](http://www.lashicap.org/events/)

   The event has been public for several days.
 * I’m afraid I need clearer directions on how to troubleshoot this. When you say,_“
   You sometimes need to do a final disconnect/reconnect dance after the one hour
   cache plugin is installed to have it take affect.”_
 * Do you mean deactivating and reactivating the Eventbrite API plugin itself? (
   I’ve tried this actually)
 * Do you mean deleting and re-adding the app in keyring? (I’ve tried this too)
 * I also tried using a webhook, and I would try adding the code from eventbrite-
   api-cache-one-hour.php, but the github page does not have any directions on where
   to place the file or the code and I’d like a little more guidance before I just
   go around sticking it places.

 * Hi Kathryn,
 * I would mention that I also ended up not using the logo feature and instead added
   CSS to the header image and used that for the logo. I did this because, with
   the site logo and the site title together, I couldn’t get the site title to sit
   nicely inline with the logo – I wanted them side by side instead of stacked.

 * Thank you Kathryn, I installed Jetpack and and was able to add the logo I wanted.
 * Thanks also Dewice.
