 * There are absolutely no errors shown in the Console on Chrome. All I see is a“
   JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1” message with the file path in
   the admin folder.

 * I found this out tonight. Apparently jetpack has a new feature to add a mobile
   theme. (Obviously for themes that aren’t responsive or have a mobile site.) This
   is turned on by default. Just go into the Jetpack settings and turn it off. Problem
   solved.
