 * These issues appear under the “Filesystem” heading on that page:
 * Checking if web server can read from ~/wp-content/wflogs
    File “config.php” is
   unreadable Checking if web server can write to ~/wp-content/wflogs File “config.
   php” is unwritable
 * I mentioned above that the config.php file is missing from that location. Using
   FTP to navigate to that folder, I do not see config.php there.
