 * Correction to original Post shown below!!!
    The smooth scroll up button is indeed
   visible ONLY after you have scrolled down! The button therefore is overlaid on
   top of my main navigation menu. I still need to move it’s fiscal location, so,
   Where and which file do I access to edit the html to allow me to raise the button
   up just above the navigation bar and over to the right or left a little bit? 
   Thanks and sorry for my anxious mistaken statement.

    My main navigation bar is fixed on the bottom of my pages, therefore
   the smooth scroll up button is behind it and not visible. Where and which file
   do I access to edit the html to allow me to raise the button up just above the
   navigation bar and over to the right or left a little bit? Thanks.
