 * Please excuse the late reply – we were not subscribed to this forum, which we
   have now changed.
 * Cliptakes offers the possibility of requesting additional information such as
   an email address on the sign up form. Custom form fields can be added via a shortcode:
   **[
   cliptakes_custom_input label=”Email” placeholder=”Your Email”] **
 * Data collected using these fields is purely for your information though, the 
   contents of these custom fields will be added to the email you receive after 
   an interview is completed.
 * We currently do not offer an option to prevent people from taking an interview
   more than once.
