 * Sorry about the confusion, I put too much emphasis on the symptom and not the
   problem. I want to create a default blog template for newly registering users.
   I have tried the wpmu dev “new blog template” as well as the free linked plugin
   above. Regardless of which I use every time a user creates a new site it does
   not apply the default theme, or pages that I wanted to carry over. If anyone 
   has any help for this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

 * Couldn’t find anything like that in my wp-config.php but I “want” to use the 
   plugin to carry over other plugin settings and Starting pages but its not working.

 * Tried that already : / still no widgets. Page source doesnt even show a sidebar_2

   for wordpress and facebook like button id be much obliged.

 * the plugin themselves need to be coded or something in the wordpress network ?
