By the way, I just moved all of the old site files out of the root, just in case.

The WordPress URL is http://shiftphiladelphia.com/shift-2013
the Site URL is http://shiftphiladelphia.com

The original site was in the root, then it was rebuilt into /shift-2013, and then I copied the htaccess, index.php, and moved wp-config to the root in order to use just the domain.

But during development in the subfolder, Jetpack was connected. After we switched the site URL though, Jetpack is still using the url with the sub folder. Not sure what to do now.

I’ve got the same issue. Running the latest version of WP and a twenty eleven child theme. Installed the plugin, looks pretty cool but noticed I can’t toggle or move the dashboard panels. Any ideas?
