    I wondered, and this is perhaps a bit 
   cheeky, but would you be able to help me understand how I could use the plugin
   to improve my mobile pagespeed score?
 * I’m really not all that happy with my pagespeed and particularly my largest contentful
   paint on mobiles. Would you be able to let me know what I’m doing wrong? This
   would help me a huge amount.

 * I would like to use the inline and defer CSS option. Please can you let me know
   how I can find the ‘above the fold’ CSS so i can paste it into the box?
