 * I have the same problem and I am not using that plugin. I have it on multiple
   sites and only on the current version of the plugin.
 * Solution I found is to duplicate the footer and then edit with elementor and 
   trash the old one. But you have to do this everytime to need to make an edit.

 * Seems the issue is in place since the file naming structure changed from [http://www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com)
   to www-domain-com but even changing the folder name and matching it in the setting
   changes nothing and still no files saving.

 * I managed to resolve the issue yesterday and it was not related to your plugin.
