 * Never mind.
 * For anyone else who experiences the same issue:
    It turns out the hosting company
   had to update the Security Certificates for curl on their server. Because the
   iTunes App Store uses https (eg: [https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/dropbox/id327630330?mt=8](https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/dropbox/id327630330?mt=8)),
   curl must be configured on the server to correctly operate over a secure connection.
