 * From the dashboard goto Appearance–>widgets and click on screen options at the
   top right and the accessibility mode option will appear at the top. Just click
   it to toggle it off/on.

 * I switched to the Twenty Twelve and I still have the same issue. Using the F12
   under Script and console, I see no errors. Basically, it lets me edit the text
   but when I save it, and reload using the edit key the change has not been saved
   and thus does not show up on the page. I assume that when I updated to WordPress
   3.5.1, some file didn’t get updated or I need to change some configuration. I
   have tried reinstalling 3.5.1 and it had no affect.
