 * Just wanted to let you know I got my problem resolved. By contacting my web hoster
   Dreamhost. They were very responsive, and after several back and forths they 
   discovered that the upgrade folder read/write permissions were changed. Not sure
   how that happened, but it could have been an errant plugin.
 * Perhaps you should go talk to your web hoster, and see if they can help out.

 * I just wanted to say that I posted this on Friday, and haven’t heard back and
   the problem is NOT resolved. Found another post by another member posted 3 weeks
   ago, and that doesn’t seem to be resolved.
 * I gather that there’s a lot going on with the upgrade to 3.2.1, but it would 
   be great if someone would give some idea of how long we have to wait for these
   issues to be resolved.
