In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product import/export buttons missingHi @hermcupadmin,
The error message you’ve shared typically indicates a permissions issue.
Even though you have all 53 WooCommerce admin privileges enabled, there might be a problem with your user role or capabilities.
Could you confirm if you’re using a managed hosting platform or otherwise?
If you can share details about your host, we’d be able to have a better understanding why this is happening to you.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bot attackHi all,
Are you all able to confirm if you’re using the WooCommerce PayPal payments plugin? If you are, could you please temporarily disable the plugin and check if this stops the attacks and let us know so that we can further investigate the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hi @caspervoogt,
I had a look at that feature request and voted on it, but is that for the same plugin? Because this one is called ‘WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway” and that one is called “Stripe for WooCommerce”. Anyway, it is disheartening that the feature request is from 2021. It looks like I will have to have my customer switch from Stripe to something else.
Indeed, it is the same plugin.
Our developers prioritize feature requests based on the number of upvotes and the feasibility. In this case, we recommend merchants to upvote such features so that the dev team can prioritize them.
Thank you for understanding.
Hi @oj202070,
Oh sorry about that. Please how can i attach the screenshots?
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
As this thread is already marked as solved, I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.
Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce not translating back-end and front-endThank you for reaching out.
In most cases that we’ve come across about translation, this seems to be a WordPress issue. Could you try rolling back your WordPress version to a previous version and see if the translations would work correctly?
You can create a staging site by following the steps here and then install a plugin like this one and try rolling back the WordPress version to see if truly this is an issue with WordPress.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] issue with the core WooCommerce pluginHi @gratefulpaws,
I’m sorry to hear that this issue persists. Before you can reach out to codeable for further assistance, are you able to confirm if there are any error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? If any, please copy and paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
This will help provide insights into the issue appearing in your store.
Also, I’d recommend upgrading your PHP version to a higher version and checking if the issue still persists.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] VAT calculation errorHi @aobelinem,
Just to add onto what community member @seank123 has just shared above,
You work out VAT by adding it to the EXCLUDING VAT price – not taking it off the including VAT price.
So 75 including VAT is:
62.50 + 20% (12.50) = 75I would recommend taking a closer look at the guide on Setting up Taxes in WooCommerce.
Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New Bad Users creating Failed OrdersHi @pcutland,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear you’re facing issues with the WooCommerce PayPal plugin.
While disabling the WooCommerce PayPal plugin stops the failed orders, this directly means that the issue is related to the WooCommerce PayPal plugin and not the WooCommerce core plugin.
In that case, I would recommend opening a new topic under WooCommerce PayPal Payments so that we can be able to address this issue in the correct forum. You can use this direct link here to open the new topic.
Looking forward to assisting you further in the right forum.

I’m glad to hear it was a Googlebot thus not a spamming bot.

Hi @technikjkagro1,
Thank you for reaching out.
Something happened to my website, long story short: Too much products = Unable to delete manually and so I’ve had to go to the SQL side and made clean up along side it.
I understand that you’re facing issues with your product deletion process.
Firstly, we recommend that you ensure all your plugins are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, these issues can be due to compatibility problems with older versions of plugins.
Also, should such an issue with deletion occur again, it is recommended to try and temporarily deactivate all active plugins leaving only WooCommerce and then try and deleting your products to see if it would delete as expected.
AdTribe Product feed started to act weird, as it only progressed AFTER refresh.
For the issue with AdTribe Product Feed, you might want to reach out to their support team as this is a third-party plugin that we do not offer support.
Ultimately Google for Woocommerce plugin started to warn me that the there was “unexpected end of line at col 1, row 1”
This is a problem as Google Merchant Center just limited our ads visibilityAs for the error message you’re receiving from Google for WooCommerce, this typically indicates a syntax error in your feed. You might want to double-check your product feed for any missing or misplaced tags or characters.
Finally, if Google Merchant Center has limited your ads visibility, it’s possible that they’ve detected some issues with your feed. We recommend reaching out to this support forum for more specific guidance on how to resolve this.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce SubscriptionsHi @beowulf123456,
I sincerely understand how you feel, but this is a standard procedure, as WooCommerce Subscriptions is a premium plugin, we only provide support for the plugins in our internal ticketing systems.
I hope this addresses your concerns.
Hi @smd_ksu,
If you’re also facing a similar issue, I would recommend opening a new topic so that we can help with troubleshoot the issue with you.
@sonic1243, did you open a ticket with us? Have you already started receiving assistance or otherwise?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pi Coin Payment PluginHi again @achim3001,
Thank you for sharing further details on the issue with your plugin.
As you’re able to confirm that the Pi Coin Payment option is only showing up when another payment method is added. This might be due to some conflict or dependency within the Pi Coin Payment Plugin code.
While this forum focuses only on the WooCommerce core plugin, I would recommend joining our WooCommerce Slack community (our developers spend most of their free time there): https://woo.com/community-slack/
Hope it helps!
