Hi again @jesseslam,
Yes we are and all the orders seem to be using the Advanced Card Processing from PayPal is this the issue is there something we need to do?
Our dev team is still looking into the issue, and we will be able to share an update very soon. At the moment, I’d recommend temporarily disabling PayPal payments while we work on a permanent fix for the issue.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] After order was paid, it got cancelled “Unpaid order cancelled”Hi @bratan,
So far it only happened once. I don’t see any error related to this in the log. I’ll keep an eye on it if it happens again.
If the issue does recur, please make sure to document any specific details or changes that occurred around the time of the incident.
This will help us in investigating this issue even further. If you don’t see any related errors in the log, it might have been a temporary error.
Feel free to reach out as we’re here to help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Coupon Names are not showing in the orderHi @bratan,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand that you’re having an issue with the coupon names not being displayed in the orders, despite the fact that the coupon is applied, and the amount is deducted.
This is a default behavior as I made a test on my test store and was also not able to see the applied coupon code. Just to have a better understanding, was this showing in the order page before?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] orders multi selectionHi @xavierdeysine,
Thank you for reaching out.
WooCommerce doesn’t support searching for multiple order numbers at once.
However, you can change the status of multiple orders at once from the orders page. Just select the orders you want to change, and from the ‘Bulk Actions’ dropdown, choose ‘Change status to…’ then apply.
For your specific need, you might consider using a plugin that extends WooCommerce’s functionality. After doing some research, I was able to come across this article that could help point you in the right direction with your request. Please take some time to review it.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] An error of type E_ERRORHi @danishhaidri,
Thank you for reaching out.
The error is stating that it’s trying to call a function
get_column_count()on null. This could mean that the object it’s trying to call this function on doesn’t exist. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue further:
- Update your WooCommerce plugin to the latest version if you’ve not already. This issue might have been fixed in a newer version.
- Deactivate and reactivate your WooCommerce plugin. Sometimes, this can help resolve issues.
- If the above steps don’t work, disable all other plugins except WooCommerce. If the error disappears, it means there’s a plugin conflict. Reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the one causing the conflict.
- Lastly, if the issue persists, please try switching to a different theme to see if the issue is resolved.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store product images & banner disappearedHi @agn948,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your product images and home page banner. Just so I can have a better understanding on the issue, do you remember making any changes before the issue started?
In the meantime, I would recommend checking if there are any recent backups of your site. If there are, you could easily restore your site to the latest backup before the issue occurred. If you don’t have any backups, it would be a good practice to start making regular ones.
Should you be unable to restore a backup, I would recommend temporarily disabling Elementor and only leaving WooCommerce, and then check to see if the home banner and images would show correctly.
Let us know how this goes.
Hi @jesseslam,

Sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with spam orders. Just to have a better understanding on this issue, could you please confirm if by any chance you could be having the WooCommerce PayPal payments plugin to accept payments?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products dont showThank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re having trouble with products not displaying in your shop page as expected.
There could be a few reasons why this is happening. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:
- Check your WooCommerce settings and ensure that the ‘Shop’ page is set correctly. You can do this by heading over to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page. Be sure to select the correct page that has your products, in your case, select Shop.
- It could also be an issue with your permalinks. Please be sure to have the correct link in your menu and permalinks. You can refresh the permalinks by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save without making any changes
Try these steps and let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi @marsseven,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’ve uninstalled WooCommerce but are still facing the error on your end.
In this case, it is possible the issue could be related to your WordPress version or any different plugin/theme. First I would recommend downgrading the current version (if you recently upgraded) to a previous version.
You can use a plugin to rollback your WordPress version to check if the issue persists.
For clarity, please note that this forum only provides support for issues related to WooCommerce. As you’ve already uninstalled and deleted WooCommerce, this issue could be caused by different plugins and/or themes in your site.
It is advisable to try running a conflict test to see if this issue is related to a different plugin/theme in your site.
Thank you for understanding.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer login not working – WooCommerceHi ,
I understand that you’re unable to login to a customer account on your site and are only able to login as an admin without any issues.
This could be due to caching. Please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito/private mode and see if that works.
Otherwise, could you please provide us with a clear screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end when logging in as a customer? This will help us better understand your situation and address your concerns more effectively. If possible, share with us a video recording of the behavior.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
