In reply to: [WooCommerce] How do I disable automatic translation file updates?Hi there @jrmarins,
I understand your concern here.
I came across a similar issue with a merchant who seems to have a possible temporary solution to this issue. Please try the steps shared in this thread and let us know if this makes any difference?
Also, be sure to make a full site backup and where possible, try these in a staging site to avoid making any changes to your live store.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes report not working properlyHi @sunnywinter,
Glad to hear you found @mats1987’s suggestions to be helpful.
I wish they would just revert to the download initiating the actual download.
Should you wish to have a feature request, please open one here.
Thank you.
Hi @wpexpert12,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re facing an issue with the WooPayments plugin not showing the credit card info fields.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, the ones marked as “must-use” also
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If after all that the issue still persists, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi @vishalnoni,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your WooCommerce store.
Add-to-Cart Functionality Not Working:The Add-to-Cart button is not working as expected. When clicked, it either does not add products to the cart or custom add-to-cart buttons redirect to the same page instead of completing the action.
From my understanding, you seem to have some custom WooCommerce add to cart buttons in your store, which are also not functioning correctly, is that correct?
To isolate the issue, I would recommend switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If the issue is resolved, you can reactivate your theme and plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
Scheduled Tasks Delayed:The scheduled task action_scheduler_run_queue is being delayed and not running on time. This seems to be affecting automated processes such as updating product stock, processing orders, and handling other background tasks.
After you’ve deactivated all active plugins and theme switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme, you can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to view all cron events along with their arguments, recurrence, and the next time they are scheduled to run. You can compare this with your schedules to see any discrepancies.
If there are no late or past events in the cron events, it’s possible that your server’s time settings could be causing the issue. You can check this by looking at your server’s time zone settings and ensuring they match your WordPress settings. If there’s a mismatch, it could cause scheduled actions to appear as though they’re not running correctly.
Let us know if this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Visibility doesn’t workHi @sidney2024,
I have the same issue with my website. The options are hidden. I would like to switch to live option.
I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.
Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cant see review section on product pageHi @kangocartau,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re having a problem with your product reviews or customer testimonials not showing up on your WooCommerce setup. You’ve been diligent in trying to fix the issue by enabling the correct settings. I appreciate your patience and the effort you’ve put in so far.
Let’s see if we can figure this out together. Here are a few more steps you can take:
- Update your plugins and themes: Keeping everything up-to-date can help avoid unexpected issues.
- Check your WooCommerce Settings: Go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General” and make sure the “Enable product reviews” box is checked.
- Check your Product Data: On the edit page of the product that’s not showing reviews, look under the “Product Data” section. There’s an “Advanced” tab there. Ensure the “Enable reviews” box is checked. If you need help with this, check out our handy guide on 👉 Product Reviews.
If you’ve tried these steps and are still having trouble, we’ll need a bit more information to help you further. Could you send us a screenshot of your WooCommerce and Product Reviews settings? This will help us understand your current setup and figure out the next steps.
You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Just follow the instructions on the page and paste the URL in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce inventory Integration with other Selling PlatformsHi @stellasmom,
Thank you for reaching out.
It’s great to hear that you’re selling on multiple platforms. WooCommerce has several extensions that can help you manage your inventory across various platforms, however, not all extensions are managed by WooCommerce as some are from third-party providers.
For Square, WooCommerce has an official Square for WooCommerce extension that can sync your inventory between your WooCommerce store and your Square POS.
While for Etsy, Faire and Instagram, WooCommerce does not have an official integration but you can find a couple of third-party extensions that would help you in managing your inventory seamlessly. There are several plugins available, a quick search led to these results.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout page is showing large TICK marks in mobileHi @janardhanjp,
Sorry about the issue you’re experiencing with your store.
I was able to test your checkout page and could notice that the issue seems to also appear on desktop as well. Not to worry, as I’d be happy to assist you figure out where the problem is located.
As a first step, could you temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue persists? This way, we’d be able to notice if the issue is theme related. You can make the tests from a staging site to avoid making changes to your live store. Here are steps to creating a staging site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Need a plugin that scrolls logos or images across the screenHi @kristinubute,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re looking for a plugin that would help with displaying your bran logos in a carousel kind of slider.
In this case, I would recommend a quick search from a search engine of your choice, as this involves quite a number of third-party plugins that we do not support. I managed to make a quick search and the results are listed here.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Spam Orders Getting past hooksHi @ashtonsanders,
We don’t have another payment gateway available. I can test turning it off very late tonight, but I don’t have a way to tell if the spam submits an order or not (unless an order can be completed with no payment system).
You can try to install any of the Payment Plugins listed here and test this out during off-peak hours to see if the issue persists.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem with custom translation files – SOLUTIONHi @senseart,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’ve encountered with your WooCommerce translations after the recent updates. I can see you’ve gone through a lot of trouble to fix the issue.
However, I’m glad to hear that you’ve found a workaround by deleting certain files in the plugins directory and that your custom files in /wp-content/languages/woocommerce are now loading again.
For future reference, it’s always a best practice to keep a backup of your custom files and to test updates on a staging site before applying them to your live site. This way, you can prevent any potential conflicts or issues.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your contribution to solving this issue.
With that said, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved.
