In reply to: [WooCommerce] Frame around products and categoriesHi @ttrading,
Helping out with custom coding of this nature is outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, although I would recommend the following:
- Running the exact question you’re asking, along with the code provided, through an AI platform like ChatGPT for recommendations/changes to your code;
- Checking whether there are existing plugins in the WordPress plugin repository that might be doing that already.
- Joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/
Hope it helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Card payments don’t show at checkout pageHi @graphicdop,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re having trouble with the credit card fields not showing on your checkout page.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, the ones marked as “must-use” also
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If after all that, the issue still persists, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Let us know how it goes!

Thank you for sharing your updates with us. While I’m unable to tell if the issue is related to the core WooCommerce or WordPress plugin, I’d like to confirm that an update is yet to be released and should be able to address the issue with translations.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product image and product gallery sections missingHi @julian94,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the product image and product gallery sections. This is not a typical issue and I understand how this can be frustrating for you.
Since you have already checked the screen options and haven’t installed any new plugins recently, the issue might be related to the theme you’re using. While Shoptimizer is usually compatible with WooCommerce, there might be some conflicts in certain scenarios.
Here are a few steps you can follow:
- Ensure you have the latest version of Shoptimizer. If not, please update it.
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, it’s likely a conflict with your Shoptimizer theme.
- Clear your website and browser cache. Sometimes, old cached versions of your website can cause issues.
If the issue persists after these steps, please get back to us with your System Status report and we’ll investigate further.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Restrict the purchase in my store according to opening hoursHello,
Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce.com support.
It is possible to restrict purchases according to your store’s opening hours in WooCommerce. There are plugins available that can help you achieve this. One such plugin is the Open/Close Store Hours & Maintenance mode for WooCommerce plugin. This plugin allows you to set specific opening hours for your online store and restricts customers from placing orders outside these hours.
Please note that this is a premium plugin that offers a 30-day money-back guarantee should it not meet your expectations.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout page is showing large TICK marks in mobileHi @janardhanjp,
Please try switching to a default theme and not a third-party theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and let us know of your findings.
Be sure to only have WooCommerce as the active plugin while testing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment options rearrangement issuesHi @robertsukosd,
Thanks for sharing the update with us, this is quite unusual, however, I’d recommend you try the following steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and your Payment plugins to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Should the issue persist, please switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
If none of these steps work, please provide us with your system status report, which you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment options rearrangement issuesHi @robertsukosd,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand that you’re having trouble rearranging your payment options.
Based on your description, this could be a caching issue. Are you able to temporarily clear any cache if you’re using any caching plugin? If you’re not using any caching plugin, kindly try making the changes from a private browser/tab to see if this issue persists.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] User email verification plug-ins… Conflict?Hi Kirk @kirkdickinson,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m afraid I can’t confirm whether these plugins are conflicting or suggest the best one to use. I should point out that these are third-party plugins, and we’re not in a position to offer support or recommendations for them. That said, I’d love to know if you’re experiencing any issues with fake orders in your store?
