  • Hi @marwa78,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a technical issue with your website.

This could be due to a number of reasons, such as a plugin conflict, a theme conflict, or a problem with your PHP version.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce to see if the error persists. If the error disappears, reactivate your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
    2. Switch your theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue is related to your theme.
    3. Check your PHP version. WooCommerce recommends using PHP version 7.4 or higher. If you’re using an older version, you might want to consider updating it.

Let us know how this goes.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Hi @jamos7,

Thank you for your interest in our WooSubscriptions plugin.

As this involves our premium extensions, I recommend you contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Hi @devworlds,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To achieve this, you’ll need to customize your WooCommerce setup. Just to clarify, this kind of support is outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, although I would recommend the following:

    1. Running the exact question you’re asking, along with the code provided, through an AI platform like ChatGPT for recommendations.
    2. Checking whether there are existing plugins in the WordPress plugin repository that might be doing that already.
    3. Joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/

    Hope it helps!

    Hi @vascofrutuoso,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Helping out with custom coding of this nature is outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, although I would recommend the following:

    Hi @stas1493,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues while trying to update the quantity of your variable products.

This issue might be related to a theme or server configuration conflict. Even though you’ve disabled plugins, it’s possible that the theme you’re using may be causing this. Try switching to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty-Four’ and see if the problem persists.

If the issue still continues, please check your console error logs for any clues. You can share those with us for further investigations.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello @sevun,

    Thank you for reaching out.

WooCommerce does not directly provide the number of units sold per category in the CSV export. However, I found this article to provide some detailed information on what you’re trying to achieve. You can access it here.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello @mattiabf,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the ongoing issue you’re experiencing with your sale prices not reverting to the original price after the sale ends. I understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience.

From your description, it looks like you’ve already performed extensive troubleshooting steps, including disabling plugins, checking for caching issues, updating PHP and WooCommerce, and even reinstalling WooCommerce. I commend your efforts to resolve the issue.

Given the steps you’ve already taken, it seems like this might be a more complex issue that requires further investigation.

One thing we can try is to check if this issue is related to your theme. Even if you’ve switched back to a basic theme, some themes might still leave behind code that could interfere with WooCommerce. Try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront and see if the issue persists.

If the issue still continues, there might be something in your database causing this. It’s possible that the sale price is not being properly cleared from the database when the sale ends. However, diagnosing this would require direct access to your site’s database, which is beyond the scope of this support channel.

In such cases, I’d recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin to see if there are any failed cron jobs in your tasks.

I understand this isn’t the immediate solution you were hoping for, but I hope it helps guide you in the right direction. Please let us know how this goes.

Thanks for sharing further details with us @robertsukosd,

I checked your systems status and could not notice any discrepancies.

Are you able to confirm if you’re able to save any changes in your WordPress dashboard without any issues?

    Hello @gdoff,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the product filter plugin (pwfwoofilter pro) on your WooCommerce site when you filter on the product category page and then refresh or open the URL in a new tab.

For reference, this particular forum is meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. For assistance with issues related to third-party plugins, I recommend reaching out to the plugin developer as they’re better placed to provide assistance.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @raylady434,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Changing your PayPal account on WooCommerce does not affect your existing orders.

All your old orders should remain intact. The change in PayPal account only affects the destination of future payments. Your order history is stored in your WooCommerce database and not on PayPal, so no need to worry about losing any previous data.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
