I have deactivated all other plugins except WooCommerce and changed theme to Storefront but the issue is still there.
It is quite unusual that this is happening to you.
So that I can be able to troubleshoot this issue even further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the latest versions of WooCommerce. I tried the mentioned steps to see if I could replicate the issue, but all seems to be working correctly from my end:

Looking at the shared error log, it seems to be related to a function call to ‘get_column_count()’ on a null object in the WooCommerce Packages.php file.
While I’m not certain what could lead to that error, I recommend you try the following:
- Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the error persists. If it stops, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- If the error continues after deactivating all other plugins, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront to see if your theme is causing the issue.
Try this and let us know how this goes.

The warning message you’re seeing typically appears when an autosave version of your post is newer than the one you’re trying to save. This might occur if you’ve made changes in a different browser or device, and those changes were autosaved.
To even understand the issue further, are you able to confirm what happens once you click on “View the autosave” as suggested by the warning? Is that autosave accessible? And if it is, does the autosave version include all your recent changes?

However, I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.
Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.
