In reply to: [WooCommerce] Related Products Shows Pictures of chosen VarietyHi @black2orange,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the product images displaying incorrectly on your Single Product Page built with Elementor Theme Builder, specifically when using the WooCommerce Products Widget for recommended products.
While this should not be the default behavior, it might be related to a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Elementor to see if the issue persists. If it gets resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue.
If none of the above solutions work, I would recommend reaching out to the Elementor support team, as they might have more insights into this issue.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PHP Critical Error with Rest APIHi @gameswap,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with pushing products to WooCommerce using 3rd party tools.
From the error log you’ve provided, it seems that the issue might be related to a function call that’s trying to get the ID of a non-object, hence the ‘Call to a member function get_id() on false’.
To resolve this, it’s advised to check the data being sent to the API. Ensure the product data is complete and in the correct format. This includes the product ID, which should be valid and exist in your WooCommerce store.
Also, it’s important to ensure that the versions of WooCommerce and the 3rd party tools you’re using are compatible. If the issue persists, I recommend joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask API questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/
I hope this gets you going in the right direction.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product with different pricesHi there Ignacio @ignacioj,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand you’re looking to create a custom layout on your product page. While WooCommerce doesn’t have a built-in feature to achieve this exact layout, it is possible with the use of custom coding or plugins.
One plugin that might help is the Custom Fields for WooCommerce. This plugin allows you to create custom product, checkout, order and user fields, provide and gather additional information in a structured way, and sell configurable products, product add-ons and extra product options.
Should you decide to go with custom coding, you can choose to hire a developer or join our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/.
Please note that we’re unable to provide support for custom coding, as this is out of our support scope.
I hope this gets you going in the right direction.
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties connecting your Symfony PHP application to the WooCommerce MySQL database.
For reference, this particular forum is meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. For issues connecting your database with third-party applications, I recommend hiring a developer or joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/
Hope it helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] tiny product image in cartHi ,
Now, how to get ride of the greyed-out ‘update cart’ button!!??
The ‘Update Cart’ button is greyed out when there are no changes made to the cart.
If you want to make it clickable, you need to change the quantity or remove an item from the cart. However, completely removing it could cause issues to your clients when making updates to their cart, as they’ll not be able to update their cart from that point and will have to restart the process again, which could be time-consuming.
Therefore, it is my expert opinion not to hide the ‘Update Cart Button’ on your checkout page.
I hope this helps.
