In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Zone not detectedHi @pipoulito,
Thanks for sharing further updates on this. After checking your system status report, I could not notice any unusual issues that would cause your shipping not to function as expected. However, I was able to notice that you’re currently using an outdated WordPress version. Please update to the current version for security and compatibility purposes.
To try and solve the issue with shipping zones, I recommend that you delete the current set zones and add new ones to see if this has any effect.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product import/export buttons missingHi @hermcupadmin,
I apologize that I don’t add products often so I’m not able to pinpoint when this issue presented itself.
Thanks for sharing more details on this.
It is possible that there is a conflict or plugin that is causing this issue. As a next step, I recommend temporarily deactivating all active plugins, leaving only WooCommerce to see if this issue still persists.
Let us know how this goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store categories displaying all productsHi @floristmoss,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand that you’re having trouble with product categorization and ordering on your WooCommerce shop. This can indeed be frustrating, but I’m here to help.
Firstly, it’s important to ensure that you have correctly assigned your products to their respective categories. You can find details on how to assign categories from our guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/
If you’ve done this and the issue persists, it might be due to a plugin conflict. Please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue resolves.
As for the order of products, by default, WooCommerce doesn’t necessarily list products alphabetically. You may need to incorporate third-party plugins in order to achieve this.
For the variation order, you can set this by editing each product individually. From the product editing screen, go to the ‘Variations’ section and drag the variations to order them as you wish.
I hope this information helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Free shipping not workingHi @cutu234,
It totally works with a decimal point. Thanks a lot.
What is particularly weird: I’ve just checked some older orders, and it worked perfectly fine until some weeks ago. What a strange bug! 🙂
Glad to hear it – thanks for letting us know!
If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
Cheers!
Hello @typomaniac,
The filters in the sidebar are meant to help narrow down the product listing on the shop page, but they do not carry over to individual product pages. The product pages are designed to allow each customer to choose their own individual product variations.
However, I understand how the feature you’re requesting could be beneficial. While it’s not currently a built-in option in WooCommerce, it might be possible to achieve this with custom coding or with the help of a plugin. Please note that customization like this would fall outside the scope of our support, so you may need to hire a developer.
I hope this addresses your concerns.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Strange issue. Product image changing qualityHi @haxball100,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand your issue with the image quality on your main page when using the Astra theme with WooCommerce.
This may be due to the image compression settings in your theme settings. When you visit a single product page, the full-sized image is loaded into your browser cache, which is why it appears in better quality when you return to the main page. However, after a few refreshes, the cache is cleared and the lower quality image is displayed again.
Did you already have a chance to test with a default theme and see if the dame issue persists? If not, I would recommend testing with a default theme on a staging site to see if the issue persists.
You can also check out this guide on troubleshooting image quality in WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/.
I hope this helps.
Hi @ssn123445,
PayPal appears gray in some series and cannot click to purchase!
Looking at your SSR, I could notice you’re using the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin. As this fourm focuses only on issues related to the core WooCommerce plugin, I suggest you open a new topic under WooCommerce PayPal payments for further assistance with this.
In order to resolve this, the theme template needs to be changed. ”Can you tell me how to change this situation?
As this seems to be a theme related issue, I would recommend reaching out to the Elessi Theme support for further assistance with this as it is out of our support scope.
Oh, by the way, when I turn off the NASA Core plugin, the variants will return to normal, but I still can’t purchase it.
It is possible the NASA plugin could be conflicting with your theme. I woudl recommend running a conflict test only having the Nasa plugin and your theme with WooCommerce as the active plugins to see if the issue persists. You can find more details on running a conflict test from this guide.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t add product to my cartHello @julieagencekleio,
Thank you for reaching out.
I understand that you’re having issues with the cart management on your website, cottoncandyparis.fr. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.
Based on your description, it is possible this could be related to a theme or plugin conflict, or possibly a session/cache issue. Since you’ve already tried disabling plugins, resetting WooCommerce sessions, and clearing cache with no success, I would suggest you try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) temporarily to see if the issue persists.
If the problem still exists, you could also try to enable debug mode in WooCommerce to see if any errors are being logged that might give us a clue as to what’s going wrong.
Let us know how this goes.
Hi @spcspectre,
