 * Yeah I have this problem too. would be great to have a ‘required’ checkbox that
   people have to click when uploading. just means we have ‘proof’ that customer
   agreed to receive newsletter even if they mark as spam.
 * It is actually the law to have an ‘opt-in’, certainly in the UK anyway. Many 
   people use competitions for building up a mailing list so it really is a must
   for any competition
