 * After some more testing, it seems like it’s a 50/50 whether or not the order 
   will be marked as “complete”. I want all orders to auto-complete upon purchase.
 * EDIT: I have found the issue, if anyone else has this issue. You have to checkout
   on the /checkout page and not anything else. Express paypal payments on the single
   product or cart page will NOT work.

 * I have figured it out.
 * Although, I have another question.
 * I have the option set so that orders will be auto-completed and the key will 
   be sent out instantly.. But for the higher-value products this is not working,
   It’s just marked as “processing” but the lower value orders will be “completed”
   instantly.
