It has happened several more times since my first post, at a guess id say it happens on average to around 1 in 5 or 6 orders but seems to be random as to when it happens. Last week it happened on a single simple product, and today on a variable product where the customer ordered all 4 in stock. We sell handmade items and list most individually so I cant provide an exact URL as after it has happened that exact item is out of stock. I will provide one similar if that helps. Its getting fairly frustrating as we then have to individually contact customers asking them to repeat their engraving details and looks unprofessional on our part. They have emailed this morning to say they still cant check out. Its saying she hasn’t filled out the name and address fields. Is there anything else I can try? I spoke to Siteground who weren’t particularly helpful. They couldn’t replicate the issue when they tried to purchase something and just advised to remove a cache plugin that conflicted with theirs. Unfortunately the twenty twenty-five theme doesn’t have ‘customise’ as an option under appearance. The only 2 options are ‘themes’ and ‘site editor’ is there any other way to change the images?
