Your free plugin support says that you provide with fedback in 24 hours, but my questions have been ghosted for weeks. Is like asking someone that you want to buy a house and they tell you to look for a generic real state, instead of telling you the proper how (that i guess is your question), they tell you just “where” * I highly recommend you to use Yellow Pencil for all the CSS modifications if you don´t know how and where change the CSS. It is quicker and you can modify all the pages that you want but the “vendor store” page, that is blocked by WCMP and they don´t want to 1st) recognize it or 2) provide with a solution for that. Hope this helps (I am a user waiting for proper solutions from WCMP for the past 8 months unsuccesfully as I guess they just copy and paste generic answer as robots) WCMP do you think that your support really solve people questions? or whenever you provide with that generic questions they feel ignorant and they don´t keep on asking?. When entering any number in General–“ per Product tax”, and update the product, the figure disappears and it returns a blank field. I have sent you some photos, Also is not clear if the “per product tax” field needs to be a number (ex: 21) or a percentage (21%). Is not working at any case, so I will thank you could fix it. Any estimated deadlines for that? As mentioned above, my website is only pending to correct the CSS of the incorrect margins of the vendor store (solution that you are delaying for unknown reasons) and fix the taxation problem. As soon as I have this fixed it I will be able to launch my website, and so far I am just only getting expenses because of you delaying your solutions for the past months. I initially asked if this was compatible with WC Marketplace– and never got an answer. Few months ago I contacted again for the same issue, as there was a mess in the product search with the currency conversions. Apparently the plugin is not compatible and nobody is supporting the paid plugin.
