 * Never mind, I figured out what was going on with the extractor. Can’t have a “:”
in a file name. I cleared the W3 Cache and it extracted fine.

 * Hmmm, there could be something there, I just recently upgraded to 1.9.4.1.
 * I dug into the plugin source a bit to see what token value was being pulled from
the database and it was empty. That can’t be right.
 * For the time being, I changed the registration type to “Login after registration”
until I can resolve this for our client.

 * The same thing is happening to me. I checked klyfas solution, but there no line
of code there that matches what he has. I really don’t want to override the code
anyways since it will get blown away on the next plugin update.

 * After looking through the Plugin code, I don’t see an easy way to do that without
modifying the plugin. I do think it would be a nice feature to add. Oh yea, I
guess it would only be needed on the “Dashboard” since the “All Users” page doesn’t
show a specific time and date, only how long from the last login.

 * Alright, I got this one figured out. I just used a handy plugin called [https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/)
and created a custom admin menu option to load the users page with the column
and sort order specified in the links query parameters.

 * I was able to find the problem. It was a configuration setting that was not associated
with your plugin. Thank you for your help.

 * That worked, but is there a way to change the from name? When I set the from
name in my contact form it doesn’t seem to recognize it.

 * The form gives an error when submitted and the other functions like reset password
and registration just don’t send out emails. Yes, I’ve checked spam and so has
   the client.
