 * it was the “Smart Youtube PRO” plug in that broke my site on a local server.

 * So after finding a post that suggest renaming the plugins folder in wp-content
   it works. (but i dont see some things on the site that were controlled by plug
   ins).
 * so now i am going to enable and disable plugins one at a time to see who was 
   the culprit.

 * One question while waiting for the host to help me update WordPress to the latest.
   is there a way i could just hard code (edit the raw code instead of just short
   code) for the email capture plug in to have the email subject line that we want?

 * Hey Rhys Wynne,
    Thanks for the quick response. 🙂 I Disabled all other plug 
   ins and tried again, same thing. My word press is out of date which i am afraid
   is causing the issue. I was thrown on to managing this website just to add your
   email capture plug in, so i am a bit nervous to update word press all together
   for it may break everything else they have done and i dont want to be involved
   with that. haha. If you dont mind me asking, have you ever experienced updating
   wordpress and had full site failures after? currently running 3.5.1 🙁
